Each order is special to me. I want to make sure you’re satisfied with your order. If your order is wrong, late, or the item arrived defective, please let me know by using the contact form. I will work to make things right.
Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 15 business days of product receipt. You should hold onto the unworn item for further instruction, if a claim is made.
If a package has been lost in transit, a claim should also be made within 15 business days of the estimated delivery date.
If a wrong or insufficient shipping address is entered, I will have to send you an invoice to cover the complete cost of re-shipping your order once it has been returned, as a small hobby business unfortunately. Please be sure to carefully enter and review your address, as you are placing your order, so that this doesn’t have to happen.
If you need to cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is processed, it is impossible to cancel.
