When will my order be processed?

Though I strive to process all orders the same day I get them, this sometimes is not possible. Some orders, including those received over the weekend and holidays may be processed the next business day. On a related note, if you need to change your order, please do so as soon as possible by contacting me. Once an order has been processed, it can’t be changed or cancelled.

When will my order get shipped?

Since all of my products are made-to-order, you should expect a processing time of 2-7 business days. Add the number of days for the shipping method chosen at checkout on top of that to get your total shipping time.

Do you offer a faster shipping method?

In most cases, yes! If you need a faster shipping method, please choose a faster shipping method at checkout.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

I accept orders placed outside of the US.

Are there other fees I should be aware of?

International orders may require additional fees due to duties, taxes and brokerage. These fees are charged individual governments and we cannot reimburse or waived.

What if my order gets lost?

If a package has been lost in transit, a claim should also be made within 15 business days of the estimated delivery date. To start the claim process, send me a message.

How does your clothing fit?

Because each article of clothing is hand-sewn, there may be inconsistencies when it comes to letter sizes. Even if you are almost always a certain letter, check to see what size you should order by looking at the chart included on every shirt and tank top page.

How can I care for my clothing?

The tees and tanks can be machine-washed in cold water with like colors. You shouldn’t use bleach, however. These shirts can be tumble-dried on low heat.

I got the wrong size. Can I exchange for another size?

Unfortunately, the answer is no, as my items are made-to-order and I am unable to re-stock returned products. I am happy, however, to offer a discount if you want to re-order. Just message me!

What is your return and exchange policy?

Can I order in bulk?

You can! Again, contact me about this.

Do you take commissions?

Yes! For 3D models, fabric patterns, shirts, etc. just let me know what you’re looking for.

Do you do customizations?

I’m open to them! Many of the designs you see can be formatted to fit a style type of garment or have different colorways. Reach out with what you’d like.
